Patricia A. Scott. A
graduate of the University of Baltimore, Ms. Scott is a past board member of
the Association of Tele-Services International (ATSI) and actively
participates in the Atlantic States Telephone Answering Assn. (ASTAA).
She served as the president from 1999-2001 and helps ASTAA develop
tele-receptionist and supervisor training seminars.
Brian A. Scott,
CEO, is responsible for general
management of the corporation. He has been with the firm since 1985.
Richard Scott,
Administrative Officer, is responsible
for customer relations and works with the Operations Manager to assure
quality service.

Manager. She works closely with
