A Better Answer - ABA  opened in May of 1979. Successful candidates for employment with ABA are men and women who possess verbal skills, enabling them to effectively communicate with callers and take accurate and meaningful messages.   Receptionists answer and input calls directly into the computer combining the human voice with modern technology.

ABA has the best equipment offered.  STARTEL equipment is utilized for the operator-assisted program.  It is known throughout the answering service and call center environment as operator friendly with unlimited message capacity.  An IVM Voice Mail system was installed to enhance client services.   The entire facility has power backup programs by BEST POWER and a 15-KVA GENERAC generator, guaranteeing power to the equipment 24-hours every day.  An RPT voice logger allows total review of every message to assure quality.  

ABA is owned by Patricia A. Scott.  A graduate of the University of Baltimore, Ms. Scott is a past board member of the Association of Tele-Services International (ATSI) and actively participates in the Atlantic States Telephone Answering Assn. (ASTAA).  She served as the president from 1999-2001 and  helps ASTAA develop tele-receptionist and supervisor training seminars.

Brian A. Scott, CEO, is responsible for general management of the corporation.  He has been with the firm since 1985.  

Richard Scott, Administrative Officer, is responsible for customer relations and works with the Operations Manager to assure quality service.     

Divina Flores Dominguez is Operations ManagerShe works closely with the Lead Operators to guarantee accurate training, dependable staff attendance and proper coverage for high traffic peaks.

Catherine E. Taylor is the Administrative Assistant and works directly for the owner on sales and marketing as well as verifying accuracy of client account information.

Proficient Telephone Secretaries take and dispatch messages.   All employees and prospective employees are given drug tests before hire and during employment.

The goal of ABA is to provide competent tele-messaging services for the business, medical industrial and residential communities.
