24-Hour Message Center - We offer 24-hour telephone answering services to meet your needs.  Whether it be daytime, after general business hours, full 24-hour programming or one day per week, ABA will design a program to meet your needs.

Voice Mail - We offer two types of voice mail services: 

Standard:  Eliminate expensive telephone bills.   Use our number as your primary phone. 

Integrated: Allows your callers to reach a live operator every time.

Paging - Our Startel & IVM equipment interfaces with digital, alpha-numeric and guaranteed pagers as well as cellphones with text and digital paging

Medical Services - We offer compassion and understanding when receiving detailed medical calls. ABA is a Business Associate for many medical offices in and around the Greater Baltimore area.

Professional Operators - Our operators possess business skills, are proficient typists and have successfully completed our in-house training program. At least four employees attend regional conferences and training programs when offered by the local and international associations.

Residential Services - We offer professional telephone answering services to the public as well. Safety from strangers, solicitors and telephone harassment are eliminated by having service with ABA.

Atlantic States Telephone Answering Association- We are associated with the Atlantic States Telephone Association. Our president, Pat Scott, served as the president of the regional group, 1999-2001.
